Who is Eligible?

Our services are available to individuals who are:
• 16 years of age or older
• Living with the effects of an acquired brain injury or seizure disorder
• Residing or planning to reside within the District of Cochrane
• Medically stable
• Goal oriented

How Do I Receive Support?

To request the support offered by our team, a “Request for Service” form must be completed. Based on the information received, a pre-service assessment will be arranged. There is no charge for our services.

• Support Group for Acquired Brain Injury Survivors held every third Thursday of the month from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
